Individual Adult Therapy

If you feel like you’re constantly performing or holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or lost inside, you don’t have to keep navigating it alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, exhale, and begin moving from survival mode toward greater peace, connection and authenticity.

Individual Adult Therapy

Who Is This For?

Individual therapy offers support for those navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or self-worth challenges. It is for those who sense that beneath the coping, overthinking, or pushing through, something deeper still needs attention, care, and healing.

  • Constant Masking: Always performing, over-functioning, or people-pleasing.
  • Internal Exhaustion: Living with a quiet undercurrent of anxiety, overthinking, and running on empty.
  • Relational Friction: Navigating conflict, losing your identity, or struggling to set firm boundaries.
  • Deep Self-Doubt: Questioning your worth beneath the pressure to keep coping, performing, or holding everything together.
  • Survival Mode: Merely managing the day-to-day while longing for genuine authenticity and connection.

My Approach

I believe healing happens through relationship. The experiences we carry, from childhood through the present, shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Within the safety and attunement of the therapeutic relationship, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

Because every person’s story and needs are unique, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Attachment & Psychodynamic – A deeper therapy approach that explores how past relationships and experiences shape your emotions, sense of self, and relationships today.
  • EMDR (SAFE Method) – A trauma therapy that helps the brain and body process painful experiences in a safe, grounded way, with a focus on attachment, emotional safety, and the nervous system.
  • IFS – Helps you understand and heal different “parts” of yourself with greater compassion, curiosity, and self-understanding.
  • EFT – Focuses on understanding emotions, strengthening connection, and creating healthier relationship patterns.
  • CBT – Designed to help you recognize unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and develop healthier ways of coping and responding.

What A Session Looks Like

Each session is collaborative and confidential, grounded in safety, trust, and connection. We’ll begin with what feels most important to you and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. Sessions may involve exploring present triggers, understanding relational and emotional patterns shaped over time, or developing new ways of coping and relating. My role is to come alongside you with guidance and support, offering a safe and attuned relationship where deeper self-understanding, healing, and lasting change can begin to take root.

Your Story Starts Here

The First Session

Our first session is about creating a foundation for our work together. We’ll explore what brings you in, talk through your goals for therapy, and make sure you have a sense of how I approach the therapeutic process. It’s also a chance to see if we feel like the right fit.

The Following Sessions

Therapy builds over time, with each session helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life. Some sessions may focus more on present challenges or relationships, while others may involve exploring the deeper experiences shaping how you feel, relate, and move through life.

Tracking Progress

Progress often shows up in the small shifts that build over time. As we move forward, we’ll regularly reflect on your goals, your growth, and the changes you’re beginning to notice in yourself and your relationships.
