If you feel caught between wanting closeness and protecting yourself from hurt, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep figuring it out by yourself. Therapy can help you understand your relational patterns and move toward the kind of connection you’re longing for.

Relationship-focused therapy offers support for adults navigating difficult or painful relationship dynamics. Whether the relationship involves a spouse, parent, adult child, friend, coworker, or other important person in your life, therapy can help you gain clarity, strengthen boundaries, and communicate your needs with greater confidence.
This service may also support families navigating challenges between parents and an adult child. Sessions may involve one parent, both parents, the adult child, or a combination of those individuals.
Please note: This service is focused on adult relationships and is not couples counseling or family therapy involving minors.
I believe healing happens through relationship. The experiences we carry, from childhood through the present, shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Within the safety and attunement of the therapeutic relationship, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Because every person’s story and needs are unique, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

Each session is collaborative and confidential, grounded in safety, trust, and connection. We’ll begin with what feels most important to you and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. Sessions may involve exploring present triggers, understanding relational and emotional patterns shaped over time, or developing new ways of coping and relating. My role is to come alongside you with guidance and support, offering a safe and attuned relationship where deeper self-understanding, healing, and lasting change can begin to take root.
I have advanced training and extensive experience working with trauma and attachment-related struggles — the kinds of wounds that quietly shape emotional well-being, sense of self, and relationships in profound ways. I stay grounded in current research and committed to providing evidence-based care, including EMDR and IFS, that supports meaningful and lasting change.

Our first session is about creating a foundation for our work together. We’ll explore what brings you in, talk through your goals for therapy, and make sure you have a sense of how I approach the therapeutic process. It’s also a chance to see if we feel like the right fit.
Therapy builds over time, with each session helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life. Some sessions may focus more on present challenges or relationships, while others may involve exploring the deeper experiences shaping how you feel, relate, and move through life.
Progress often shows up in the small shifts that build over time. As we move forward, we’ll regularly reflect on your goals, your growth, and the changes you’re beginning to notice in yourself and your relationships.
Don't let questions stop you from receiving the care you deserve.
This is a common question, though the answer looks different for everyone. The length of therapy depends on your goals, the concerns bringing you in, and the depth of work you would like to do. Some clients seek short-term support around a specific concern, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper healing and lasting change.
